After a "Deep Home Cleaning" has been done, we highly recommend this package. This service is offered on a biweekly or once a month basis for a minimum time frame of 3 months.

 

With this service, you will be able to maintain a clean home while minimizing the dust and clutter build up.

 

The rates are shown below are starting rates for service provided for a period of no less than 3 months. The rates vary based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you home may have to be serviced.

 

The duration of time is a guesstimated time to complete the service. NO additional charge to the client if service surpasses guesstimated time. It is just for your own knowledge.

 

This service includes the following :

• Dusting

• Wiping down and polishing all table surface and table ornaments 

• Vacuuming of carpet floors

• Revitalize wood or laminate floors (using Zep commercial product)

• Clean windows from inside

• Dust ceiling fans (if any)

• Clean tub, shower, and toilet

• Clean mirrors

• Dust light fixtures and bulbs

• Sweep and mop floors

• Clean all countertops

• Clean all appliances outside

• Clean in and out of the microwave

• Clean and polish all stainless steel appliances

• Clean and mop floors

• Wipe down cabinet facings

• Take out trash

• Vacuum carpet floors and baseboards
