A one time thorough cleaning can take up to 4-6 hours to complete depending on the size of the home and how much work is involved. This service allows us to perform a deep and thorough cleaning of your home leaving your home spotless with a sense of relaxation once you arrive home after a long busy day.

 

The rates shown below are starting rates for the service provided. Rates vary depending on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms your home may have to be serviced.

 

The duration of time shown is a guesstimated time of service. NO additional charge to the client will be added if service surpasses the estimated time indicated. It is just for your own knowledge.

 

This service includes the following:

Living Room(s)

​

• Dusting

• Wiping down of all tables and ornaments

• Removing cobwebs

• Vacuum all carpet floors including baseboards

• Dusting of ceiling fans

• Clean mirrors, glass surfaces, and glass doors

• Revitalize hardwood and laminate floors (using Zep commercial product)

 

Bathroom(s)

• Clean & Sanitize Sink

• Clean tub, showers, and toilets

• Clean mirrors

• Dust light fixtures and bulbs

• Sweep & mop floors

 

Kitchen(s)

• Cleaning of countertops

• Clean in & out of the microwave

• Wipe down all cabinet facings

• Clean and polish all stainless steel appliances

• Clean & sanitize sink

• Sweep and mop floors

• Take out all trash

 

Bedroom(s)

​

• Vacuuming of carpet floors and baseboards

• Dusting

• Revitalizing of worn wood and laminate floors ( if any)

• Clean all mirrors and glass surfaces

• Remove cobwebs

• Clean interior windows & sills

• Change sheets (if requested)
